Before I took the quiz, I had no idea. The planet’s healthiest, most slender, and disease-resistant women focused on “how” they ate. They did not focus on “what they ate.”
These women in the Mediterranean live 10 years longer. They weigh on average 42 pounds lighter. They achieve this by pretty much doing the opposite of everything we’ve been told over here.
